1. General
These terms and conditions apply to all bookings, services and agreements of The Light Center, a trade name of Groene Huis BV, located at Beekstraat 1, 9800 Deinze, Belgium (VAT BE1013815987).
2. Bookings and payments
- Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment via our online payment system (Mollie).
- All prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.
- Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
3. Session types and rates
- Single session (2 hours): €120
- Overnight stay (2 nights with session): €440
- Monthly subscription (4 sessions per month): €400
Current prices are always available on our website. Price changes will be communicated in advance.
4. Cancellation and refunds
- Cancellation up to 48 hours before the booked session: full refund.
- Cancellation between 24 and 48 hours before the session: 50% refund.
- Cancellation less than 24 hours before the session: no refund.
- In case of no-show, the full amount will be charged.
5. Subscriptions
- Monthly subscriptions are automatically renewed each month.
- Cancellation is possible at any time; the subscription continues until the end of the current month.
- Unused sessions within a month are not carried over to the following month.
6. Liability
- Light therapy is a complementary therapy and does not replace medical advice or treatment.
- The Light Center is not liable for any health complaints arising from the use of our services.
- Participation in sessions is at your own risk. If in doubt, we recommend consulting your doctor beforehand.
7. House rules
- We ask you to arrive on time for your session.
- Please respect the peace and space of other guests.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the building.
8. Intellectual property
All content on our website (texts, images, logos, designs) is the property of Groene Huis BV and may not be reproduced without written permission.
9. Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the judicial district of Ghent.
